The Lavitta Chair from Finnish brand Poiat is comprised of two bent plywood elements. Although not stackable, the chairs are designed to be slotted into each other for storage, which creates a striking, sculptural visual. Each chair is made from several pieces of plywood to reduce waste, and maintains the original visual of two structural components. The legs of the chair resemble the stiffness of an open pair of scissors, while the bent seat back and rounded seat give the chair a softer look.
